The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and replied quickly to all my questions. The location is very convenient, only about a 5–8 minute ride from NAIA Terminal 3, making it perfect for an overnight transit stay. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and having a security guard on the ground floor made me feel safer.
The property is basic and suitable for a short stay, but some facilities could be improved.
