Extremely spacious and well appointed rooms. Location is very good. Walking distance to all major HCmC attractions. A short bike ride to the ones a bit farther. Japan street is within a stone throw away
The bathroom taps and pipes were rusted in my room and that didn’t leave a good impression. Also, the breakfast could have been better. But for the price we paid, this was a very good option

The room is decent and clean, the location is great, easy to walk around to places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was also nice being able to use its partner hotel's rooftop swimming pool and gym just one min walk away.
The soundproof in the hotel is bad..so you could hear people coming back late after midnight..
I also had a bad experience where someone smoked in the hotel when its not allowed and the ventilation is soo bad that smoke all came into my room and woke up me in the middle of the night..I had to switch room in the middle of the night.

The staff is extremely friendly and the room was clean the bed was comfortable.
The property is in no way superb!!!! The hotel is nothing like the pictures ! Very basic and simple . The water in the shower was burning hot with no option to cool it down … they had to come twice to assist.
There is a loud terrible squeak at breakfast from the bread toaster machine .
