The hotel is very clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. I would especially like to mention Sunil at reception, who was always available, friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect for what I wanted: slightly away from the busiest areas, but still only around 15 minutes by car or tuk-tuk from Assi Ghat. The restaurant service was generally very good, and throughout my stay I felt safe and well looked after. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Limited international options for both breakfast and dinner. Most of the food is traditional Indian cuisine, which can be quite spicy and heavily seasoned for international guests. One evening, the waitress forgot my dinner order, and I ended up without a meal. It would be helpful if the restaurant staff wrote down or confirmed orders to avoid this happening. The bathroom could also be improved, as there is no shower screen or curtain, so the entire floor gets wet and very slippery after a shower.
