Very clean
The location. Half way up a very steep hill

Lovely for a nice peaceful stay which is what we wanted and exactly what we got. We love this area and would definitely use this accommodation again. The place is pristine, the bed comfy and right in the centre of Matlock, albeit up the steepest of hills.
I'd maybe read the guide folder before using the shower to avoid the chill I got (it works wonderfully when you turn the switch on).
We had a really relaxed weekend.
Nothing to grumble about really, minor struggle with the lock box initially but persistence and calm got us to the goal.

Beautiful building and well done inside. Modern and great kitchen facilities. Really good shower.
Beds no was really uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early from lack of sleep.
Blinds are hard to use using the pole attachment.
Bin is not big enough for more than a one day stay. It wasn’t obvious what we were meant to do.
