Great location, in a very quiet and peaceful area, next to Victoria Square. Very close to supermarkets, greengrocers and butchers. Also a very nice fish restaurant and a great restaurant for Argentinian and Iberian steaks cooked on the grill. The historic center is a 15 minute walk away. It is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and dishes. The hostess Jelena is wonderful with great communication and excellent suggestions for restaurants and excursions. Great deal quality-price ratio.

The facilities inside were great. Almost everything was available inside. Uno cards if you are bored. A couple of books. First aid kit, iron, washing machine you name it. Everything was there. There is a small balcony as well. Not great views or any sort of view but still a balcony with fresh air.
In my opinion it was very overpriced. Not at a great location but not bad either. 10 minute walk to plaza merced. The property is listed as there is parking available which is a FLAT LIE. My only reason for chosing this place was the parking spot but it turns out you have to look for parking on the streets. The host was sort of weird. I was constantly reminded about locking the doors and taking the trash out. Even washing dishes was aort of constant reminder. Oh and you cant put the AC below 22•. So if you are visiting in summers good luck.
