Nichts.

Very proper house with so much space in it. We stayed here for one month, and it felt very comfortable and prepared for long term stay - the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower has hot water, washing machine, AC and fans are working fine. The garden is awesome and has so many birds and squirrels and other animals passing by everyday. The landlord family is very welcoming, they also were trying their best to comfort our stay.
I recommend this place to get the mosquito net for the windows
