Amazing facilities on site with great cleanliness and super cute decor! Beds and furniture were super comfortable after a weekend of camping!!! Loved having earplugs at the bed side. Views 10/10

Location was good for us to explore, as this was our first trip to Vancouver. The apt was clean and supplies were easy to find. Having the balcony was a nice bonus to have coffee in the morning. Hosts were very responsiveness to my messages during the stay. I really appreciated that.
It wasn't in the description that the pool and gym were in another building. Going outside to walk through post-swim wasn't something I was looking forward to, but it wasn't an issue. The washer was out of order, which was unfortunate since that was the draw of doing the apt over a hotel as I was traveling with kids.
There was an issue with the garage gates as well as we needed to find a couple of people to help try to get them open, but that isn't something that host could control.

It was a nice place.
Like the bathroom products.
Need more hooks on the walls for coats, towels etc.
Need new cleaning supplies the mop is so black, and broke in half. As well the bucket doesn’t spin.
TV is very slow working- unsure if the remote may need batteries.
Pool was hard to find at first! Let them know it’s in another building.
The Garage was very confusing the first time but got easier over time. The spot is too small for Vans! As the spot it self says small car only!
That you will need the key fob to work the elevator. No idea was confusing.
Helpful hints would be nice like:
- grocery stores and how far and where to park
- restaurants and parking
- shops
