I like the convenience of the location in comparison to where i needed to go for work (Sao Paulo Expo) and that it was well within walking distance (in fact so near the expo that I dont think an uber would make sense to take you there). The location feels very safe (usual precaution applies) and the flat has shops within the vicinity. Everything else (going out for dinner etc) does need a ride into Sao Paulo centre but taxis are so cheap in Brazil that the issue is time rather than cost (certainly when travelling on expenses). I'd stay there again if I was to return to an event in the Expo. Note that the flat is within the flight path of one of the airport BUT all flights stop at 10-11PM latest and do not start until 7AM following day so that was not a problem for me and I normally suffer with insomnia when travelling.
Nothing nearby to eat at either in the day or at night. I'm sure one can order a food delivery, it's just not my travelling style. However there's a kitchen so if you feel like cooking, the world's your oyster in the flat.

Excelente hospedagem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva. A hospedagem é muito completa, confortável e bem estruturada. Não nos faltou absolutamente nada durante o período; pelo contrário, encontramos até mais comodidades do que esperávamos, e toda a estrutura atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades.
A localização também é excelente, prática e facilitou bastante nossos deslocamentos durante a estadia.
Gostaria de destacar especialmente o anfitrião, que foi muito atencioso, prestativo e disponível desde o início. Tivemos todo o suporte necessário, sempre com muita cordialidade e disposição para ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
O espaço estava muito bem preparado para nos receber e correspondeu — e até superou — nossas expectativas. Com certeza recomendamos a hospedagem e voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade!
Não tenho nada a pontuar.
