The second is an outdoor bathroom (large shower, wash basin, toilet) which is accessible via the arcade terrace and particularly during the summer months offers a great alternative to the indoor bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with fan heaters for temperature control. During the summer months and the midday hours in winter, the arcade terrace serves as the main living area. This large covered terrace kept in classic Spanish style enjoys stunning views across the pool area and fruit trees. The grill fireplace, which in summer can be used as an outdoor kitchen, ensures cosy moments under the Spanish sun. The villa also boasts a large roof terrace that is accessible via an outside staircase and features a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding area. Oliva Playa’s golden beaches are only 800 metres away from the villa and invite you to enjoy sunbathing and swimming during the summer months.
