MOVING TO THE AREA The historic centre of Noto has been a UNESCO 'World Heritage Site' since 2002, together with the other late Baroque towns of the Val di Noto (south-eastern Sicily): Caltagirone, Militello Val di Catania, Catania, Modica, Palazzolo Acreide, Ragusa and Scicli.
