The steep coast of the Baltic Sea is 200 metres away as the crow flies, with a staircase leading down to it. The sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. In 15 minutes by bike you can reach the popular fishing village Warnemünde incl. dream beach. The holiday flat is equipped with a spacious kitchen. An extra bed for up to 5 persons is available on request. For older guests, the car park directly next to the holiday flat and the barrier-free access are also ideal. The holiday flat is intended for 2-4 persons.
