Cosy One Bedroom Apartment overlooking Gardens in Period property The holiday apartment is situated in the Wellswood area of Torquay. This high end residential area has a centre often referred to as "Wellswood Village" since it contains a primary school, pub, post office, two restaurants, a cafe, a patisserie, beauty salons and so much more. These are all five minutes from the apartment. The building in which the apartment is located is surrounded by mature gardens and offers guests a tranquil stay with the added benefit of a central location. Torquay itself is part of the area known as The English Riviera. It has been welcoming visitors for over 100 years and is an all year round resort with an abundance of attractions. The property is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens and guests are welcome to make use of these. We also have a conservatory at the front of the property and this is also for guests use The apartment can be found on the first floor of the property and has a sitting room with sofa and armchair to relax in. Torquay and The English Riviera have an abundance of things to do all year round with dozens of attractions open throughout the year.
