Beautifully finished and clean apartment. Really easy access with a great location with parking that just took the stress out of being so close to the beach but also as a base as we still went out further into Newquay and other places.
Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities so we could cook as well as eat out.
Really informative welcome pack that made finding the apartments and arriving easy and other useful information too. Good communication meant I felt I could contact the owners with anything - but I didn’t need to.
The road is rather busy - can’t be helped - and occasionally could hear neighbours in the stairwell as it echoes easily. I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like me!
Being in the ground floor apartment it would have been great if we could exit via the sliding doors onto the car park - we couldn’t work out how!

Location was amazing so close to the beach , very modern and clean
Only gripe was not having a area for the dog , but he had a massive beach 1 min walk away

A very modern, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Everything was easy to access and I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Considering it’s Cornwall at this time of year, I was surprised at how reasonably priced it was—it felt like it should have cost much more. After staying here, I can genuinely say I would have happily paid more given the quality of the accommodation and overall experience. I’ll definitely be recommending it to others, and if I return to Newquay, this will be the first place I look to book again. Highly recommended!
