Great apartment, big, clean, quiet, easy to find and access. AC and external blinds keep you from heat in summer. Good wifi connection, all basic needs in the kitchen and bathroom are covered, groceries and pharmacy are nearby.
The power probably got off for a bit in the night, woke up from some beeps probably from AC restarting.
