Good location and building was old but well maintained. I liked the apartment and amenities, very spacious, has old school gym, pool and pickleball courts. Location is quite good, on the beach and quiet, still affordable and nearby to bus stop and hawker centre.
Old style 80s apartment, could do with a new paint job inside and outside.

Good location
Poor amenities, the house looks run down for the amount of money you pay. No TV, the AC not working properly and restricted mode(s) of deposit payment and refund. Bathtub looks aged and basically not a place you would go back if you had other better options.
