Sehr schön angelegte, teils noch unfertige, Anlage. Architektur und Einrichtung. Abgeschiedenheit vom Zentrum. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Das Essen.
Polster der Liegestühle waren durchwegs schmutzig (mit Badetuch OK, wirkt aber unschön). Farbbeschichting im Pool blättert ab.
Bad/WC ohne Türen.

Everything. From the moment myself and partner arrived the staff were fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful. Every detail had been thought about. There are so many areas of the hotel that we could relax and enjoy. I had a pedicure on the first night then a massage on the second, both were wonderful. My partner proposed while we were staying and the staff made the whole evening really special.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. It’s about 25/30 mins outside the centre which we loved. Each day we got a taxi (easily - arranged by hotel) and got to explore Marrakesh then come back to the Bliss hotel and enjoy our little oasis.

Beautiful grounds, fantastic service at the restaurant by every member of staff we encountered. The spa had great treatments and hammam reasonably priced. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, spacious and well designed, large bed and big bathroom. The food was so good that we actually cancelled other restaurant reservations to stay at the hotel as the chef is 5 star
A brighter light in the bathroom would be great for doing makeup! They changed our towels daily but we don’t need this so maybe ask the guests about fresh towels!

Les chambres (j’ai pris la plus petite) :
-La porte qui laisse passer du jour et de l’air froid la nuit.
-L’absence d’air conditionnée et l’absence de chauffage.
-Impossible de capter du réseau ni du wifi dans la chambre.
-minuscule fenêtre dans la chambre, aucune lumière du jour disponible.
