Central location. Clean and well maintained. All amenities are available.
Too small for a family of 2+1, might only be just enough for 2 adults.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Breeze Yama. The room was comfortable and it was very helpful to have a big fridge, cooking facilities and a washer/dryer. It was a very short drive to the gondola, which made the mornings very easy.
Not much to comment on really. More storage would be helpful, particularly next to a ski resort so you typically have a lot of stuff.
