The layout was perfect for us - 2 adults and 3 kids. While a smaller house, the yard was big and there was no problem for all of us to sit and eat dinner together in the dining room - it’s hard to do that with a family of 5 in many other rentals. The location was excellent - safe neighborhood and no issues with parking. Lots of amenities close by. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were top notch - everything we needed, even disposable to go coffee cups. The beds and furniture were comfy, and the air conditioning was cold (with the first week averaging 35+ degrees each day we loved coming into the cool house. Big appliances, lots of games and such included. Anne reached out ahead of time and made arrangements for keyless check-in with our late arrival, checked in to make sure we had everything, was responsive to questions, provided suggestions and recommendations for places. Fantastic hosts at a well upgraded home in a great area.

The smaller size was the only thing that initially worried me, but it turned out to not be an issue. We all watched Netflix together, or the kids went up stairs and played on their iPads on the fast internet.
