Very close to the O2 and North Greenwich station so very handy for events at the O2 and also getting around London. Spacious apartment with great facilities and clean. The man who met us with the keys was friendly.

After booking, we were asked to provide a £150 security deposit which was not disclosed before booking. We were told at the time of booking that we’d be provided with wifi details the night before our stay, which we never were and didn’t have wifi the entire trip. There are signs all around the building that say no booking.com bookings are allowed and we were told by the hosts that if anyone asked, we were to say it’s a private booking. There was only one fan for the entire apartment, which meant we had to angle it between the 2 rooms during the night, and also we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. We were given no information about what to do with the keys on check out and had to message on Whatsapp the morning of.

Good location close to North Greenwich tube.

Maintenance not in order, constant dripping shower, (nothing that stops that 24 hour drip)marks on wall, loose toilet seat. Dusty, floor not clean. Poor general cleaning. I had to pay a deposit of £150. Otherwise I would not receive the check in details. It would take a week to be refunded! I have not received this back. Lack of timely communications then communications via booking.com and two other numbers, who don’t talk to eachother. It’s too expensive as the two nearby hotels charge around £100. I paid £317 for two nights. The WiFi didn’t work neither did the TV. I would not stay here again nor recommend unless all my points were addressed! Far too expensive. To get notified you need to pay a deposit once you have booked without cancellation option! Not really good!
