The property is very well maintained, everything was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. The sizes of the rooms were very good. The property is very close to a small shopping complex and food places so it is ideal. The value for money is great and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. They had everything that was needed in the property and even provided some snacks and milk ready for us too.

The location is the only slight negative to this house. There is little to none parking close by as you cannot park in the close and all the road parking is normally taken up. The house is all the way down the end of a small alley which is quite nice as it seems more private.

The property was very clean and spacious, with plenty of beds and huge kitchen and decent sized living room. Everything looked new or lightly used only and the host kindly provided us with milk and some pastries on check in. The check in and out processes were simple and efficient and the host was readily available if we had any questions. Plenty of free parking on the road and the area was fairly quiet considering its proximity to the main road. It is within walking distance of the football stadium and massive retail park. Overall this stay was all you could ask for in terms of a short term house stay and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Could maybe have done with a few more mirrors in the bedrooms

Host was there on our arrival to hand us the keys and shown us around. Perfect host. Location great, 5 mins from digbeth. House was just as pictured, cleanliness was 10/10. Croissants and milk in the fridge, tea coffee, sugar was a lovely touch. Parking 30 seconds walk. Really can’t fault the property, would recommend. We would stay again if in the area.
