Very bright a good sized apartment with a huge terrace. Comfortable large bed and a nice bathroom. Parking in the private garage is a big plus. The location overall is great, being only a 10/15 minute walk from the town and Juan Les Pins is also a 10/15 minute walk in the other direction. Paulin is a great host!
The lift is temperamental and sometimes doesn't come when called, difficult with a pushchair and luggage (the apartment is on the second floor so also easy to walk). There are no dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets or refuse bags provided. The property is on the main road and it's very difficult to find a space to stop outside so would recommend meeting Paulin at the property so he can let you in the garage area.
