The house was very clean as was the room we stayed in! The facilities were great, wasn't missing anything. :)
The location is very nice and peaceful with a bunch of services including different restaurants, post office and a supermarket just a 10 minute walk away. However, getting to downtown without a car is a bit more of a long way to go though since the bus connections are not the greatest but it's totally doable if you have the time.

Close to the airport. Easy check-in. Large, uncluttered room.
The kitchen could have been cleaner. Also, it was not very clear where guests were allowed to park.
