A lovely property. Well fitted out. It's an "upside down" type house with two bedrooms and a cloakroom/toilet on the ground floor and one bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and shower room on the upper floor. This makes the most of getting light into the living space and is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need and is a comfortable space. The furniture is comfotable (not too low which is better for us older people). We managed to park both cars on the drive. Charmouth is delightful, we had great fun exploring the area and looking for fossils on the beach.

Clean and plenty of homeware
There was only 1 bathroom and a separate toilet but was advertised as 2 bathroom. The shower pump which was extremely noisy was in the wardrobe of the bedroom on the first floor. The bed in this room was also not very comfortable. There was a very strong smell of mold/damp.

Lovely house with everything we needed. Good local facilities and beach a 5 minute walk away. Good hourly bus service to other towns.
The upstairs double bed really needs a new mattress as it's very soft. The downstairs double was much more comfortable but was extremely bouncy, as it has two double mattresses on it.
