The location is above an Italian pizza restaurant. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very new and modern. The windows are also new.

The shower stall floor is very slippery when wet. The water sprays out also. It was a bit noisy from the bar below. The windows do keep the sound out. It was a little hard to find because the entrance is in rear of the walkway to the restaurant.

8 / 10Excellent·sept. 2026

The property is located in the town centre close to shops, restaurants and to the station with train links to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, to Innsbruck in Austria and beyond.

The central location is very useful but also means higher noise levels later in the evening.

Leider kein Frühstück, Sehr geräumige Wohnung, Sehr schönes Bad,

Leider kein Kühlschrank in der " Ferienwohnung " Fast gar kein Geschirr ?

We loved our apartment in Mittenwald and stayed for three nights. It is right in the heart of the old town, perfect position. It was easy to park the car nearby. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable bed plus a big couch and we really appreciated the kettle to make our early morning cup of tea. We would definitely recommend staying here. The restaurant is very good too.

We were very happy with everything
