Close to all amenities. Train station only 20 minutes walk away. Beds were comfortable
As there was no oven or grill, I requested a toaster. They had a sandwich maker and said I could use thus. It took 15min to heat up and 20min to slightly brown bread. No good whatsoever. Owner was not overly concerned

The apartment was in a great location , near the promenade, restaurants and park .
It was in a quiet street and ground floor allowed us use of the private terrace .
The space within the apartment was good with 3 bedrooms .
The apartment was clean , linen and towels were satisfactory .
The utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer a very useful addition .
Unfortunately , the shower door had been broken by previous clients and we had to endure a poorly fitted shower curtain which leaked water onto the floor .
Courtyard floor seemed as if it had not been cleaned , with tree branch on the terrace . I was informed due to a storm.
Window shutters seemed old and poorly functioning .
Overall , the apartment has so much potential , but we felt it needed upgraded in the kitchen area especially .
