The facilities are top tier!!! I like the idea of the projector tv, space saver and it has Premium Youtube where we can watch movies or listen music. Not to mention the AMAZING washing machine that dries our clothes 100% and ready to fold! Our apartment is huge, a lot of storage and the beds are comfy. Few minutes walk from metro and family mart.

The property was advertised as “soundproof,” but the walls were extremely thin like paper. I could hear almost every word from the neighboring room, which made it impossible for me to sleep properly. After three sleepless nights, the landlord moved me to an upper-floor room, and fortunately I was comfortable for the rest of my stay. I stayed for 14 nights and had only three hangers in the room. When I politely asked for a few more, I was told that no additional hangers would be provided. I found this unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful, especially for such a long stay. All communication from the property was in Japanese. As an international guest booking through Booking.com, I believe basic communication should be in English. The property also states a ¥50,000 penalty for losing a key. I did not lose the key; I simply found this amount excessive and unreasonable. There was also no cleaning or housekeeping at all during my 14-night stay. The only service provided was moving me to another room on the fourth day. The upper-floor room was comfortable, but overall the experience was disappointing, particularly considering the “soundproof” claim and the lack of basic services during a long stay.
