The location was fantastic, right next to the old town and the Aare river, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. The hosts were also wonderful and very attentive. When I mentioned an issue with my room, they communicated quickly and offered me a complimentary upgrade. Their warm hospitality really made the stay, and I would happily return.
When I first arrived, my room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from a previous guest, which was a bit unfortunate. The hosts resolved it very quickly though, so it did not affect my overall stay.

Sehr zentral, guter Preis, unkomplizierter Checkin.
Das geteiltes Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig. Das Zimmer hat am Anfang nach Zigarette gestunken.
