Everything, if ada washing machine lagi best!

Basically like a hotel concept. Plenty of parking. Easy to get access card. Room smell very nice. Exactly like a picture showed. Aircond are well function. Provide great room lighting, not dim as hotel room. Viewing to paddy field and main road. Suitable for small family, 3 to 4 person. Vanity counter is separate, outside the bathroom. Located next to MYDIN, no worries to get food and groceries.
Television channel is not much and screen quite blur.
Water pressure sometime slow but not problem as heater is function.
Area vanity counter may be slippery if wet, suggest to provide and/or bring own slipper.
