Very central location, great communication with check-in process. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was amazing!
Front gate doesn’t lock, there was a big, long blood spatter from walls to floor coming from the street into the apartments that was left there a couple of days - hope they are alright! It was there for at least two days and not cleaned up.
Cutlery for only one person - but plenty of wine glasses - yay

Location, very convenient in the old town.
Terrible check-in process and communication, bare supplies, little toilet paper, only 2 cups, plates etc although it’s a 4 person appointment and we booked for 3. Shower overflows onto the bathroom floor, shabby bedding and curtains.
