A well kept property close to the sea with plenty of places to eat around the flat. Turn right at the end of the street and your on the front. The views are roof tops from the flat , but we didn’t book it for views we booked it for convenience for the prom 🙂
The toilet is rather small , but very clean.

Such a gorgeous little property, centrally located in Nice. 3 minutes to the promenade and beach, 15 minutes to train station and old town and 5 minutes from the main restaurant and shopping area. Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mina the host was very kind and communicative. She gave us lots of Nice tips and left beach beds, beach towels and a parasol for our use. There were 3 of us so my son slept on the comfortable sofa bed but we still had plenty of room. A great juice/breakfast bar and a brasserie for breakfast/brunch/drinks or dinner right beside the property and a Carrefour too. Thanks for a lovely stay in Nice.
Everything was lovely and Mina went the extra mile for her guests.
