It was spacious and very practical. We had everything we needed
It was in the industrial hub but I still enjoyed it because I am from CapeTown

Perfect location, safe free parking and value for money for what you get.
There was no shower door or shower curtain thus the floor and floor mat outside the shower was soaking wet.

There were no couch or chairs in the room

location was good, however there was another car parked in front of the door so i had to park farther away.
the studio was quite cold at night, and the walls were thin so you could hear other people in the other rooms/studios next door. there was no ventilation either as the windows couldnt be left open (too cold).
