Very pleasant and spacious accommodation with a large terrace. The entire building has been renovated, both outside and in the entrance area, which we really appreciated in Athens. The elevator was a big plus since we stayed on the 6th floor. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, and the instructions were very clear. The apartment is well equipped, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a coffee machine with 4 capsules. The air conditioning worked very well. We especially appreciated the quiet street and the exterior shutters, which made it possible to make the room completely dark. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there are several grocery stores, bars, and even a Greek yogurt producer nearby. It takes around 40 minutes to walk to the city center, which did not bother us at all, but it is good to be aware of. We did not use public transport, so we cannot comment on it.

We also have a few suggestions for improvement. Both bedrooms offer very generous storage space, and around half of it is designed for hanging clothes, which is great. However, there was not a single clothes hanger available. For us, this was probably the biggest downside, as the hanging space could not really be used. It was also very useful to have a washing machine, but there was no laundry detergent provided. For a short stay, guests are unlikely to want to buy a whole pack of detergent, so we think it would be a nice and inexpensive touch to provide enough for at least one wash. The exterior shutters in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen were not working, which we mention mainly for the host’s information. There were two towels per person, one large and one small. However, since there were no separate hand towels, we ended up using the small towels for our hands and alternating them after two days. In practice, this meant having only one large bath towel per person for the four-night stay. Providing a separate hand towel, or an extra bath towel for longer stays, would make things a little more comfortable.

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Great location, beautiful interior and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Epecially thanks to the housekeeper, very polite, loyal, friendly woman and great staff member. A huge terrace, new and clean furniture and devices, elevator.

New and well-situated apartment block. Easy to get in with the codes. Good bathroom - and in general the apartment has all we needed.

It was the second time we stayed in the building, but this apartment was clearly smaller than the previous one, though still quite nice. There was nothing to deter mosquitoes.
