Superb location for my needs; 12 minutes walk to the railway station. Secure parking for my car. Spacious apartment with all the facilities I needed as a solo traveller. All the kitchen needs were met. Great hosts.
The TV system was slightly complicated; I managed to lose some of the channels (BBC) and couldn't recover them, but could view via IPlayer. Also, bizarrely, the TV remote turned on the fireplace when using the volume button 🤪

Good decor. Interesting pictures
Finding was marginally difficult. Curfew on road at certain times caught me out. Bed not king size

Very beautiful and spacious apartment almost in the heart of Derby. Has all the amenities and facilities you need for a long stay. Apartment is at the top floor of the building so you also have a balcony view to the park across the street. Has secure private parking. Only takes about 10 minute walk to reach the city center and the big Derbion shopping center. Apartment host George is very friendly and always available to help with any questions and problems you have during your stay.
