Key pad entry was easy to use.

Great communication and just a beautiful little unique place. So clean and loved the real plants and lots of good light from front windows.

The location was perfect for what I required. I dislike bed & breakfast establishments as one has to make polite chit chat with people they will never see again. I don't eat breakfast anyway. I had a code for the door and came and went as often as I liked. It was a quiet location in a residential neighbourhood. Everything I required (and more) were provided in the kitchenette. Tea kettle, but no tea pot (okay as I always travel with one), plenty of tea towels and dish cleaning products, pots & pans and even salt & pepper. May be add sugar. Fresh filtered water in a pitcher in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. Lots of glasses, dishes, cutlery, can opener, scissors even device chargers and scotch tape ! Food scraps go in a special receptacle in the freezer for the green bin. What I especially appreciated was that all 4 windows open ! So nice to get fresh air. If you forget your tooth brush, there are new ones. If you forget shampoo, conditioner or body wash, they are provided. Robes & slippers are provided but as a seasoned traveller, I pack well. The bathroom and dressing room are up another flight of 4 steps which are lit with automatic lights.

The pillows could use replacing, some had stains. There is no closet not hangers. The entryway has 3 steps up to the unit and perhaps there should be some sort of railing on either side as I was fearful I would fall down after opening or closing windows and paper accordion shades.
