Location in Alnwick very good. Close to cafe, restaurant and parking and attractions.
Communication re access etc good, although we didn't meet any staff.
Room warm and comfortable.
There was no toilet paper in the accessible room, but we did find some after searching.

Location was perfect - right near Alnwick Castle within a 2 minute walk of shops and restaurants in all directions. Room was comfortable, and very quirky.
Nothing.

Great location in the centre of Alnwick so ideal for the castle, gardens, parkrun and Barter Books.
The room and bathroom were spotless.
There was a shared kitchen downstairs but we didn't make use of it.
It was fine for us but the rooms are on the main road so some people might not like traffic noise.
Again not an issue for us as I know the town but make sure you park in the 24 hour stay car parks not the 3 hour disc ones or you may wake up to a parking ticket!

Location was perfect
The midnight noise of other residents getting back, talking loudly and slamming doors. This woke me and my children up.
Also, I’ve realised that with young children, I need a TV or TV room, and preferably a bath.
It was comfortable and clean otherwise
