The property was spotless and exactly as described. Although it is perfectly located right in front of the Opera, it is surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended!

Very clean and super modern. The ambiance is great and it is in a very nice location. julianna, our host was simply amazing and very friendly.
The couch is not very comfortable, so I would say that this location is good for 2 people or maximum 3 people, but beside that everything else is very nice.

This place was amazing! You're literally in the center of the city. We never walked more than 15 minutes from anything. Barely ever needed a taxi. The size of the place was great and everything was clean. Our host was super nice as well. I'll definitely come back here whenever I'm back in Yerevan.
