Whiteleys Hotel

La ubicación es muy buena, tiene muchas estaciones de metro cerca, muchos lugares de comida y tiendas. Un barrio muy tranquilo y muy bonito

Lo único que no me gustó es que nos dieron habitaciones en el piso 3 (que en realidad es el piso 5), sin ascensor y nosotros viajábamos con 2 adultos mayores, por lo tanto fue muy complicado para ellos subir y bajar. Yo pedí como requerimiento especial que las habitaciones estuviesen en los primeros pisos, requerimiento que sí me habían aprobado, pero no se cumplió

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Rezeption war eigentlich immer besetzt und die Ausstattung war auch sehr ausreichend. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Stationen für U-Bahn und Bus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Es war nicht immer ganz sauber und unser Fenster ging nicht richtig auf.

La camera era esattamente come da foto, un piccolo armadio con 3 appendi abiti, comodini un mobile con cassetto con un bollitore, due tazzine, due bicchieri, un cucchiaino, bustine di te, caffè solubile, zucchero e latte mono dose. Lo staff molto gentile, la camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni. Altra cosa molto apprezzata, le prese di corrente nei comodini erano dotate in ingresso USB e USB tipo C , non abbiamo avuto bisogno di utilizzare l'adattatore per le spine. Posizione tranquilla, un bel quartiere con tutto a portata di mano Hotel consigliatissimo.

Il materasso orribile, troppo mollo non siamo riuscita a riposare bene, abbiamo avuto mal di schiena Camera al primo piano, latmo strada non molto silenziosa. In bagno nessun gancio per appendere gli asciugamani o uno sgabello per appoggiare le cose. Mancavano all'ingresso un paio di ganci dove appendere le giacche visto che l'armadio non è grande

Great value for money. Good location, central, nice area, good transport links (near 2 Tube stations, Bayswater on District and Circle, Queensway on Central) so easy access to tourist sites. Attentive staff Double + single bed so was able to book just one room for myself and 2 teenage kids Kettle and Yorkshire tea in the room Nice breakfast spots nearby, I can recommend Granier bakery.

Previous reviews were so positive that I think my expectations were too high for the price. The room smelled of dirty socks even after a full day of airing. You don't notice it after a while, though. Surfaces, bathroom etc were clean but some walls could use a wash or refresh (spill marks) as could carpet (but I hate carpets so could just be me)
