Appartement très clair et belle vue entourée de verdure
Manque d'entretien des équipements et la climatisation serait nécessaire

Large studio comfortable and well equipped with an amazing view on the bay
Too many steps to do on line on different websites to access the apartment

Beautiful view of the town and harbor, walking distance to the beach and the town center. There are small shops /butcher, bakery, pharmacy/ conveniently close as well. It was nice that it had private parking space.
There are a number of things that need fixing in the condo - the numeric lock pad on the entrance door was kind of temperamental, not working smoothly, one of the stove burners didn't work, some of the pots are not appropriate for the induction stovetop, one of the the closet doors is broken, so it couldn't be closed and left the maintenance items in view. Only half a toilet paper roll was provided!
