The property is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. It was also easy to get around, with Grab and inDrive readily available, which made transportation convenient.

As soon as we entered the unit, there was a noticeable old or musty smell, and the property did not feel particularly fresh or clean. Unfortunately, we found a small cockroach on the toilet tissue in the bathroom and another one on the cabinet near the bed. This made me quite uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep overnight. The stove was also dirty, and there were water splashes on the toilet seat when we had not yet used it. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and there was no exhaust fan, which made the musty smell more noticeable. There was a reed diffuser, but it appeared to be empty. The fridge also had a noticeable musty, old smell. We had to open all the windows to let fresh air into the unit. Some of the paint was peeling, and overall, the unit looked like it could use more regular maintenance and upkeep. The wifi was also not very reliable. There were no instructions provided beforehand, so I had to message the property owner for assistance. Mobile signal in the area was also not very good, which made having reliable wifi more important. From our experience, it seemed that the wifi may be a wider issue within the condo, as the property uses Woofy, but this made it difficult for us to stay connected during our stay.
