host was beyone amazing she pretty much planned our whole itenerary, very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe. The room was better than we hoped and we have everything we needed. Honestly it felt like a rockstar's home
3rd floor was a little hard to reach with our luggage and no elevator but luckily we only had to do that once. The A/C was difficult to understand, we had to manually unplug it. The washer and dryer was also not straightforward luckily we found an online manual.
