Waterfront Riviera

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was in a great, easily accessible location, and what truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality. Our host personally came to check us in and was genuinely one of the kindest and most welcoming people we met during our trip. He was incredibly friendly, sociable and genuinely interested in getting to know us and hearing about our travels. It never felt like a standard check-in; he really took the time to connect with us, ask about our plans and understand what we wanted to experience in Naples. He then sent us fantastic recommendations tailored specifically to our interests, which made our time in the city even more special. The property also had a lovely communal area with complimentary coffee, tea, sweets, water and other thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. Everything was so welcoming, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected, and it genuinely helped make this one of the best days of our entire trip. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely nothing! We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. Everything was wonderful, from the property itself to the exceptional hospitality. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

The room was fine, clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was great and the location was perfect.

The codes to access the building did not work, neither did the code to open the door to the hotel. That was a big downside.

Posizione centrale bella e comoda.

Struttura ristrutturata in modo superficiale. Palazzo fatiscente con scalini rotti e ascensore inquietante. Topo nell’androne. Camera claustrofobica. Bagno microscopico. Molto rumoroso poiché stanza a ridosso della strada. Pulizia che lasciava molto a desiderare. Asciugamani sporchi e copriletto con capelli altrui e punti bianchi. Colazione penosa. Per una notte può andar bene per sopravvivere, ma non di più. Le foto su Booking sono molto ritoccate.
