The apartment is comfortable and simple but equipped with everything you need. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds as well as a living room with a big TV. The kitchen and a small dining area connect all rooms (including the bathroom). There is parking close by as described. Even though it is in a densely populated area, it was really quiet at night.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (German counting - 6th floor internationally). For us it was fine but elderly people or people with a lot of luggage should be aware of this! Not directly related to the apartment but the streets are really dirty in this part of town and a lot of trash is thrown around.
