The staff was very helpful and cordial and sweet!

The room and bed and particularly the bathroom could have been much cleaner.

L' emplacement est idéal nourriture, transport marché et supermarché à 5 min de l'hôtel et le personnel toujours bienveillant et aimable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue, malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu cette chambre, la propreté reste très correcte cependant quelques tâches sur la literie, la chambre que nous avons loué était particulièrement petite cependant cela suffit si le but est juste de dormir.

What we saw in photos exactly same hygene and very good front staff. I like their bathroom cleaning. Most of the room booking normally bathroom was not meet our expectations but in this room was good

Only one think I need to mention about parking. But they can't do anything. Other than this all the facility was awesome. I suggest this with 100% confidence

The location is definitely the best part of Grand Sarayu. It is very convenient if you are planning to explore Mysore Palace and the nearby attractions. If your main purpose is sightseeing and you only need the hotel for sleeping, the location works well.

The stay was not quite up to my expectations. If you are travelling by car, the parking is extremely tight, with space for only around three cars parked back-to-back. We had to wait for other guests to move their cars whenever we needed to take ours out. The rooms are quite small, with everything tightly packed, and the cleanliness was just okay and could have been better. We also experienced frequent power cuts at night, which was quite irritating. The staff mentioned that it was related to the Dasara festival, which is understandable, but it still affected our overall experience.
