If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this place is far from car horns and street noise. There is also a good gym nearby. The property is managed by kind and professional people. Special thanks to Mr. Sibin and Nishantha. Photos are same as they shared in booking.com

Break fast not provided. Location is calm and easily reachable.
The room was dusty. All the furniture were covered with dust, seems not cleaned before check-in. This can be improved with instructions to staff for making sure of the cleanliness. A mirror and mirror light are to be provided in the toilet, and cloth hangers too.
