Such a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment equipped with a bathroom each. Out host provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment in plenty of time for our visit which made everything smooth for our trip to Naples. We had everything you would wish for in the apartment which was extremely safe in such a busy area. I left an item of clothing behind but the jost made arrangements with me to pick it up in a shop. Thank you again, it was very much appreciated 👏.

Only a small inconvenience was someone cleaning the courtyard at 5.30am but it didn't last long.

Location was great, only 5-10min walk from main high street. Staff was responsive and attentive. It was relatively clean, the small issues we had was discussed and they tried to address it. Accommodation was secure as it had an extra entrance gate. There were many sockets and they provided adapters which was helpful if you forgot yours. We liked the provision of 2 keys to allow flexibility as a group. We loved the smart TV as that’s an essential for us and when we want to relax and chill inside, it’s nice to have something to watch. Both TVs has provisions of different platforms.

If sharing for multiple people (4) then the hot water finishes shortly after the 3 person and last person has to shower with cold water which isn’t great. Yes we could have called the staff to address but by then it’s too late as you just want to shower and go out not wait around for maintenance to arrive. It just appears that the hot water is limited. Apartment isn’t very insulated as all night we could hear dogs barking constantly. This can’t be helped but be prepared that you can hear all activity happening in the foyer in the evening. Every time someone comes in or out through the gate, you hear it bang. It would have been great to actually have a microwave in order to warm up food quickly, as the process of a hot plate just felt like too much hassle. Finally, an iron would have been preferred over the steamer, the steamer took more time to actually do the work and it was very hot without any instructions. However we still enjoyed our short stay. And hope others also enjoy the comforts we did.
