The apartment is very nice and spacious, super clean, with a nice view. You will find all the necessary equipment there. There is a grocery store right across the road, the city center is nearby. A few minutes walk away is a nice lake where you can swim, a skate park and a walkway through the marshes. The owners are very friendly.
The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator.
