Staff was very nice and helpful. The location is directly at the Nanjing Road, which is perfect!

Great Location, room was comfortable, personell was attentive and common areas were nice as well as breakfast was good, plenty and varied. It was a good experience how ever there is a cunstruction going on outside of the hotel.
It was hard to communicate with employees, They didnt speak any English but they try their best to help with all requirements.

Nothing much. Perhaps the location
The check in process. Was told that early check-in is approved way before the trip but was told that check-in is delayed by 1hour later than the original check-in time ??? I think the hotel has to better manage it in the future
