It is a super cute little apartment in a quiet location in the old town. It is clean and tidy and full of character.

The instructions to access the flat were very confusing, especially as we arrived at the flat at 11pm at night. The key box is nowhere near the entrance and the photos describing where the flat is were unclear. The water in the shower runs hot and cold and the steps up to the bedrooms on the mezzanine appear quite rickety and unsafe.

The location was terrific near the centre of Como. This was a lovely & charming hideaway with lots of room & an old-world-style decor with wood beams. Loved the Da Vinci Code-type entry! First, finding the keys in a lockbox on a neighbouring window, through a tiny door in a large wooden gate into a courtyard & around a few corners & up some stairs. Bedrooms were on an upper level, up some ladder-type stairs (not for the faint-hearted!). The kitchen was well equipped & despite being near the centre, it was quiet.

Not much, really, other than I wish we could have stayed longer!

Une échelle un peu trop pentue pour accéder à l’espace nuit sur une mezzanine surtout pour des personnes d’un certain âge. L’accès à l’immeuble se fait par une petite porte dont la hauteur est inférieure à 1,60m. Les personnes de plus d’1,80 se pliaient en 2 pour rentrer
