Agua Dorada Retreat

Esperienza davvero bellissima! Siamo stati a Lula in occasione di Cortes Apertas e non potevamo scegliere un alloggio migliore. Tutto è stato perfetto, ma ciò che ci ha colpito più di ogni altra cosa è stata l’accoglienza: tanta gentilezza e disponibilità che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. L’alloggio era accogliente, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Si percepisce l’attenzione e la cura dedicate agli ospiti, anche nei piccoli dettagli. È stato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con grande piacere, reso ancora più bello dalla cordialità di chi ci ha accolto. Se dovessimo tornare a Lula, sapremmo sicuramente dove soggiornare. Tutto positivo

We were on a road trip around Sardinia and stayed in several different accommodations along the way. Here, we really liked the location and the view, as well as the cleanliness and overall comfort of the room. The bed was comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation.

The owners were friendly in their messages, although we did not have the opportunity to meet them in person (it was a self check-in). There was just one lady present at breakfast. She spoke only Italian and was not particularly welcoming or friendly. We cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast due to our specific dietary restrictions (gluten-free and vegan). Overall, we found the value for money to be fine. However, the €30 surcharge for our Chihuahua seemed a bit too high. This was the only accommodation during our trip where we were charged such a fee.

La struttura è silenziosa, sembra nuova o ristrutturata recentemente, ha l’aria condizionata ed piccolo terrazzino con vista. Presente anche una piccola piscina.

I prodotti disponibili per la colazione erano buoni, Forse però sarebbe necessaria un po’ più di varietà nei cibi, si potrebbe inserire anche il salato,

Die Dame, die morgens das Frühstück betreut war sehr freundlich, aber sprach nur italienisch, was ok war, denn so lässt sich eine Fremdsprache am besten üben. Zur Auswahl standen aber tatsächlich nur süße Backwaren, Kaffee, Tee, Saft und Obst. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung.

Bei Ankunft wollte man uns zunächst wieder wegschicken, weil das Haus angeblich schon voll belegt sei. Die Dame (Mutter des Betriebers) war auch nicht sonderlich freundlich und selber nicht um eine Lösung bemüht. Erst nach einem Telefonat mit dem Betreiber selbst, war dann plötzlich das gebuchte Zimmer frei. Sowohl der Betreiber als auch seine Mutter vor Ort haben uns gegenüber so getan als wenn booking.com hier Chaos gemacht hätte. Dieser Empfang hinterläßt einen durchaus unproffesionellen Eindruck. Das Umfeld des Hauses ist sehr schlicht und es gibt je nach Wochentag im Ort keine Möglichkeit zu Abend zu essen, da alle 3 Pizzerien gleichzeitig Ruhetag hatten.
