Alermo Hotel-SPA

The hotel is amazing. Rooms are comfortable, large, and have everything you need. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The best hotel we ever stayed with our family. Spa is amazing, and our kids loved it! Recommend it to anyone visiting Baku with family or without and want to have a comfortable stay for a good price in a great place.

The hotel is freshly renovated, and the furniture is exceptionally well-made. If you knock on the wood, it feels incredibly solid. 🪑 The bidet in the bathroom is an absolute triumph. After adjusting the settings, it worked so perfectly that I only needed one single piece of toilet paper just to confirm the job was completely done. Brilliant! 💦🚽 The hotel staff are extremely polite, kind, and welcoming at all times. 🎩 The location strikes a perfect balance between the airport and the F1 circuit, making the daily commute to the Giz Galasi grandstand delightfully easy. Having a 24-hour supermarket literally across the street is also terribly convenient. 🏎️🛒 The air conditioning did a smashing job, keeping the room perfectly cool and managing to dehumidify the air exactly as needed. ❄️

The advertised "King Bed" was actually just two separate twin mattresses pushed together. Slipping into the gap between two separate beds in the middle of the night is not exactly a luxurious experience. 🛏️🙄 There is constant music playing in the hallways every single day from 10:00 in the morning until 23:00 at night. While I was far too polite to complain to the front desk in person, the endless noise bleeding into the room was driving me mentally mad. Turning off the hallway music would be a massive improvement! 🎶🙉
